The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

It’s good how Chris Bailey, Lisa Haneberg and Johanna Rothman are talking about skills and improving hiring processes these days.

To underline their points, I’d like to link to three job descriptions on Microsoft Careers:

The Good

The Bad

The Ugly

In particular, in her article "Improving Hiring Processes" Lisa Haneberg elaborates:

"Companies can do five things to help win the competition for the best employees:

  • Ensure that practices are people-centric.
  • Flexibly define job requirements.
  • Conduct high-quality interviews.
  • Practice proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Develop a reputation as a great place to work."

Nothing more to add to this.
